Natural Health Solutions operates throughout the San Francisco Bay Area providing a variety of health screenings and motivational wellness lectures. Our events include complimentary locally and nationally published health articles, other informative support materials and vitamin samples. Pharmacy owner Paul Lofholm, Pharm.D. F.A.C.A, is a clinical professor of pharmacy at the UCSF School of Pharmacy, published author, practicing pharmacist, national lecturer, and president of Natural Health Solutions. He is a nationally recognized expert in the area of women's health issues, among many other health-related topics.


Kiki Powers, M.S., Director of Natural Health Solutions, national health writer and lecturer, has a background in health science, research, and clinical nutrition. She specializes in health promotion and disease prevention through diet and lifestyle changes, and advocates natural alternatives to traditional medications and treatment where appropriate. Kiki addresses a wide range of topics including women's, men's, and children's health issues, diet, nutrition, and more.
